Product Introduction
200W pixel on-chip system (SoC) MT9D111 image sensor, used for mobile phone /PAD/ camera. The ultra low power MT9D111 is used for DigitalClarity technology, integrated with Micron on a monolithic integrated circuit is advanced in 200W pixel sensor core of a new generation of image processing technology. MT9D111 has advanced features, which makes mobile phone manufacturers can more easily design, make the products to market faster. SOC camera device of this sheet offers new features including a more effective integrated image processing of micro controller, avoiding full reset image deformation, and used to enhance the pixel image viewing re classification. The micro controller can increase the device for adjusting color and other image processing functions, flexibility, integration of AF and JPEG compression function, saves usually need a sister device caused by the design cost and space.
