MDK4.7 upgrade firmware version to V2.01

nstallation way for ULINK2 
1 Install the information in the MDK software, the first to use the ULINK2 driver will automatically install the ULINK2 driver here: C:\Keil\ARM\ULINK (keil is the default installation directory)

Wiring instruction for SWD and SWV

2 if emulator is ARM Cortex-M4, best to use the newest MDK4.23 (keil for arm) software version

ULINK2 is the newest RealView MDK emulator for ARM company, which is the upgraded version of ULink emulator. ULINK2 not only has all the functions of ULINK emulator, but also increased the serial debugging (SWD) support, back support and real time clock functions. Engineer can combine RealView MDK debugger and ULINK2 to debug at target hardware (on-chip JTAG, SWD and OCDS), Flash programming
